Resetting student passwords/Reiniciar contraseña de estudiantes

Hello students,

 

to reset your password, please follow the steps below: 

 

go to https://mylogin.lausd.net

 

1. Click on "Student"

 

2. Click on "activate your account or reset your password"

3. READ THE ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

 

4. Click on ACCEPT (By accepting you state that you will be responsible when using the online resources and tools you are provided)

 

   Clicking on Decline will not allow you to go further in the process. 

5. Fill in your

 

-Student ID

-birthdate (make sure you write it as it asks)

-PIN number

 

*all of this information can be provided by any teacher. 

6. Create your new password (WRITE IT DOWN SOMEWHERE/OR SHARE IT WITH YOUR PARENTS FOR SAFE KEEPING AND DO NOT SHARE IT WITH ANYONE ELSE!!!)

write down your email address too and check it regularly

 

7. Once you click on submit, it is important that you read the message that will be generated. 

 

It will either say that you have to wait 15 minutes to be able to log in 

 

or 

 

It will tell you that there was an issue with the password and to try again.
