If your child is absent for any reason, please have your child submit a note to the Attendance Office, or email the Office Technicians at the Attendance Office: [email protected] and [email protected]
Be sure to include:
- Child's first and last name
- Child's date of birth
- Date(s) of absence
- Reason for absence
- Name of parent/guardian reporting absence
This Absence Note will inform the Attendance Office what reason code to indicate on your child's attendance record.
