Dear Families: Please take a few minutes to fill out the School Experience Survey and have your child return it to her/his HR teacher as soon as possible. Some information from the survey will be used in our annual School Report Card, which shows our school's progress against District-wide goals. Turn it in and make a difference! Thank you for your cooperation!
We have one tour date left this school year. Due to limited capacity, this is only for families who plan to attend King NEXT school year AND did not get a chance to visit in October/November. Please click on the link above to RSVP.

When the School Board convenes on Tuesday, there will be an eighth member sitting in the “horseshoe” – a math and science whiz from the STEM Academy at Bernstein High who will provide an official student voice on the issues and challenges affecting the District.
Leon Popa won last month’s student election to become a non-voting member of the board. The seat was created after some 3,000 students signed petitions seeking a seat for one of their own on the dais.
Max Oppenheimer was a runner-up and Mateo Guynn and Kenneth Vargas earned honorable mentions. They reviewed the Malala documentary. They competed against 1600 national entries!
