Students representing the 6th, 7th and 8th grades are invited to participate in the Invitational Mile according to their mile times from their individual Physical Education classes.Each physical education teacher submits names of student athletes for each gender and grade level. From this list of names the competitors for each category is selected. For several of the students this will be their third invitation to participate.
