The number of mural designs for the Myra Street Underpass Mural Project have been narrowed to two. The design concepts were developed by students and are reflective of the community and surroundings near T.S. King Middle School. They are insightful glimpses of what makes the community tick.
The decision on the design to be used will made by a vote of the students and school staff in the near future. Students and school staff will paint the mural shortly after the selection. The project has been inspired and coordinated by seventh grade English teacher Nora Murphy.
