During the month of February, all students will have the opportunity to enter the Draw the King Lion Mascot Contest.
Students must submit their Original Drawing in Black Ink on a white sheet of paper no larger than 8 ½ by 11 with their name and homeroom written on the back.
Drawings must be submitted to Mrs. Alvarado in the Title I/Bilingual Office no later than Friday, February 22, 2008.
Drawings will be numbered and posted in a display case in the main office hallway for students to see. Students and teachers will be given an opportunity to vote for the drawing they believe should be placed on the cover of the 2008-2009 Academic Planner.
Encourage your child to enter the contest. The winner of the contest will receive a $25 gift card and have their drawing on the Academic Planner for 2008 – 2009 school year.
