Ambassadors of Peace Club - PSA Contest


Contest Rules:

Who can enter: Thomas Starr King Middle School Students

How to enter: Submit a 30-60 second Public Service Announcement Video around the theme of Teen Dating Violence Awareness & Healthy Relationships.

How to submit your entry: Please write your name, email address & grade on an envelope with your submission inside and drop it off in person to Room 331 (Mrs. Chomori’s class) you can also email your video to, please include your full name, email address, school and grade in the email.

Theme: Awareness of Teen Dating Violence & Healthy Relationships

Acceptable messages or themes: Promoting positive relationships, effective communication, conflict resolution,

Not acceptable messages or themes: Extreme violence, use of weapons, blood, profanity, obscene language; blaming victims and any sexually explicit, lewd language or scenarios; use of hate language against a certain ethnic and/or racial group and/or religious groups; use of drugs or alcohol.

Any submissions that do not fulfill the above requirements will be automatically disqualified.
Judging criteria: All submissions will be judged on Message, Creativity & Originality

Grand Prize: $ 100
Runner-up: $ 50

Deadline: May 24th, 2012. All submissions must be turned in on or before this date.
