To protect the health and safety of LAUSD families and school staff, parents, please complete your surveys online.  To access the online Parent Survey:

2. Choose their child’s school from a drop-down menu.

3. Take the survey.

4. Take a screenshot of the “Thank You” page as proof of survey completion.
