The LAUSD Personnel Commission's Organizational Excellence Staff Development Program in partnership with USC's Rossier School of Education is pleased to present a class for highly motivated, career-minded LAUSD school business officials, principals, other school administrators, and those aspiring to promote to these positions.
The Chief School Business Official focuses on the expanding role of the chief school business officer with emphasis on leadership strategies and techniques including organizational dynamics, communications, and presentation skills.
Program Highlights:
This class is a part of the School Business Management Certificate Program. Classes are fully certified by the California Association of School Business Officials.
Participants will receive continuing education credits for participation.
