To all students:
If you decide to make a donation, please ask your homeroom teacher for an envelope and a description of the twelve Fund Distribution Agencies (FDA) if you want more information.
To all teachers and staff:
You were given a Payroll Give Card/Special Instructions Form. This form is used to begin a new payroll deduction contribution or to cancel a current donation. It is also used to designate a specific non-profit 501 (C)3 charity which may or may not be affiliated with one of the participating FDA’s, to direct a one-time gift, or to request an acknowledgement of your donation. If you want to start payroll deduction, the minimum amount is $2.00 per FDA per pay period. If writing a check, please make it payable to LAUSDCCC.
To all parents:
If you want to make a donation to one of the twelve charities listed above, please write a check and make it payable to LAUSDCCC, or for cash donations, please ask your child for the official envelope..
